BetMGM has renewed its partnership with the NFL and expanded the agreement to include Alberta’s newly regulated iGaming market.

Partnership extension

BetMGM extended its status as an Official Sports Betting Partner of the NFL in Canada for one year. The extension builds on BetMGM’s original agreement with the NFL signed in 2022, which covered its launch in Ontario’s regulated market.

BetMGM was one of the first operators to secure an Alberta license and go live there when the market launched in July.

Marketing rights

As part of the deal, BetMGM will continue to use NFL intellectual property, including the NFL shield, team marks and tentpole events like the Super Bowl in its Canadian marketing campaigns.
